People who love Taylor Swift are now having their social media feeds get infested with sourdough stuff. Good. hahaha, this is the next sourdough wave. Let’s embrace it. Into the mainstream. Into corporate America.
Bill.com hosted me at their Utah site last month. Now I’ll teach a class for their worldwide remote employees on Oct. 10 and then another in-person class at their Bay Area HQ in Nov. Later this month I’ll teach a class at Nice.com in Utah, and then on Oct. 1 at Adobe in Utah.
If we are connected on LinkedIn I probably already asked you to follow along with Mooon Bread as we bring sourdough into the heart of employee wellness programs. As we make it the ideal team-building experience. As we emphasize the health benefits, the excellent flavour, and the creative outlet that is sourdough.
The vision and quest remain the same. Every home in the world deserves the ability to bake naturally-leavened bread. We are getting closer to teaching 9,999 people how. Let’s blow past it together. Exclusive Sourdough Pizza Party: Oct 21st
Yesterday I was wrapping up a sourdough bread workshop with a couple sourdough pizza pies, and the students said if I did a pizza specific class they would come in a heartbeat. A chance to mingle with past students (and newsletter subscribers) and focus on sourdough crust together. I’m ready. It is time. And instead of a class (though there will be instruction) let’s call it a party.
